HSPA (High Speed Packet Access) is a mobile technology that allows for data transmission speeds up to 21 Mbps. HSPA+ (also called Evolved HSPA or 4G) is a further evolution of HSPA that offers data speeds of up to 42 Mbps.

It’s important to know that our Fleet Connect Express GPS system includes a very special industrial SIM card in all of our devices that provides exceptionally high speed downloads and increased coverage geographically. These SIM cards are called HSPA (4G), and are superior to the CDMA SIM card that’s in most GPS devices.

The bottom line is our GPS system provides faster real time locations (The average time is 2 seconds from satellite reception to our servers.) than most other GPS systems.
